HOST WITH US

Bring your group. We provide the land, logistics, and cultural bridge.
For facilitators, teachers, and retreat leaders

A transformative 9-day group retreat combining Ayahuasca, San Pedro, Kambo, and other ancestral medicines.

What We Provide

  • Vetted venue & infrastructure – Finca LaSofia, a 13-hectare retreat center in Vilcabamba with ceremony spaces, private accommodations, and living land

  • Experienced medicine keepers – Access to Indigenous shamans and ceremonialists we've worked with for years (Taita Tséentsak, La Caracola, Gabriel and others)

  • Complete logistics support – Meals, transport, safety protocols, emergency procedures handled by our team

  • Cultural bridge – Gabriel serves as your on-the-ground liaison, translator, and cultural interpreter

  • Flexible partnership – White-label (your brand), co-branded, or collaborative models

  • Custom retreat design – We adapt to your teaching style, your group's needs, and your specific intentions

This Partnership is for you if...

  • You already guide groups through healing, self-discovery, or personal growth

You already have a community, client base, or group ready to travel

  • You want to offer plant medicine retreats but don't want to navigate Ecuador's logistics alone

  • You want genuine cultural bridge-building, not performative spirituality

  • You need a trustworthy team that handles safety, food, transport, and ceremony coordination

  • Your practice can serve as a powerful integration container for plant medicine work

  • You're ready to focus on facilitating transformation—not coordinating travel logistics

Why Retreat Leaders Choose Sacred Seed

Sacred Seed is a healing collective that's spent the past decade building the infrastructure retreat leaders need: vetted medicine keepers, established systems, cultural bridge-building, and reliable on-the-ground coordination.

Co-founded by Gabriel Cucalón, who spent years living between the US and Ecuador building trust with local Indigenous practitioners and the Vilcabamba community, Sacred Seed has evolved into a team-based operation.

Gabriel serves as your cultural bridge and primary coordinator, but your retreat is held by a full team—not dependent on any single person.

Our Infrastructure:

  • Long-term relationships with respected Indigenous medicine keepers (Taita Tséentsak - 70-year-old Shuar elder, La Caracola - medicine woman with 20+ years experience, Victor Macas - Andeand Doctor and others)

  • Coordination team for logistics, meals, transport, and safety protocols

  • Facilitation support including ceremonialists, integration specialists, bodyworkers, and sound healers

  • Bilingual staff who serve as cultural liaisons and translators

  • Established systems for safety protocols, emergency procedures, and participant care

We've Supported:

  • Yoga teachers integrating plant medicine into their offerings

  • Therapists exploring psychedelic integration modalities

  • Facilitators working with breathwork, somatic practices, and energy healing

  • Coaches creating transformational leadership experiences

  • Retreat leaders from Various countries expanding into Ecuador

What Sets Us Apart:

We believe retreat leaders deserve support, not just space rental. We believe Indigenous wisdom should be honored, not commodified. And we believe your reputation is built on the quality of every detail—which is why we obsess over logistics, safety, and cultural respect so you don't have to.

HOST WITH US

Bring your group. We provide the land, logistics, and cultural bridge.

  • What is a Sacred Seed Partnership?

A Sacred Seed partnership means you bring your expertise and your people—we provide the infrastructure, cultural connections, and on-the-ground support that makes your retreat possible.

Deep in the southern Andes of Ecuador, where ancient mountains hold the memory of generations and sacred plants grow wild in the valley, Finca LaSofia sits on 13 hectares of living land in Vilcabamba—known as the Valley of Longevity.

This isn't a sterile retreat center built for tourism. It's a working farm with sugarcane fields, fruit trees, forested paths, vegetable gardens, and a traditional chakra where medicinal herbs grow. The land itself is medicine—and your clients will feel it from the moment they arrive.

    How Partnership Works:

You design the retreat arc—your teachings, your framework, your integration approach.

    We provide:

    • The venue (Finca LaSofia with multiple ceremony spaces, private rooms, common areas)

    • The ceremonies (coordinated with vetted Indigenous medicine keepers)

    • The meals (prepared according to medicine diet protocols and your group's dietary needs)

    • The logistics (airport pickup, transport, safety protocols, emergency procedures)

    • The cultural bridge (Gabriel translates, interprets, and ensures respectful engagement)

Whether you're a Jungian analyst wanting to explore shadow work with Ayahuasca, a family constellations facilitator working with ancestral healing through San Pedro, or a breathwork practitioner creating somatic integration with psilocybin—we adapt to your vision.
